🎁 RockLove Holiday Shipping Guidelines – 2025 Season
To receive your treasures by December 25, place orders by the following dates.
All orders ship from our Portland, Oregon warehouse.

✈️ DHL eCommerce uses multiple couriers during transit. DHL Worldwide and UPS Worldwide Expedited are handled solely by their respective carriers for faster, more consistent tracking and delivery.

Eligible holiday orders placed November 1 – December 25 may be returned for store credit through January 15, 2026.
Territory Restrictions
All RockLove jewelry is officially licensed. Due to licensing agreements and territory regulations, some collections may only be shipped to specific regions.

Shipping Information
The postage you select does not include processing time.
Estimated shipping speeds begin after your order leaves our warehouse, not from the time your order is placed.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During sales or peak holiday periods, processing may take 2–5 business days.
If you are on a tight deadline, we recommend upgrading to a faster shipping option.
Our warehouse is closed on weekends and U.S. national holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Delivery Issues
Tracking updates are provided via email once your order ships.
Please note that USPS tracking may not update in real time, which can make a package appear “stuck” in Pre-Shipment status. If tracking does not update within 48 business hours, contact customerservice@rocklove.com.
Once an order is marked as Delivered, RockLove is not responsible for loss or theft. If your package cannot be located:

Check with family members or neighbors

Inspect areas where packages may be safely hidden (porch, planter, behind furniture)

Contact your local post office with your tracking number
Once USPS marks a package as Delivered, the service is considered complete, and RockLove cannot open claims or send replacements. Customers must pursue any missing packages locally.
🕓 Note: USPS no longer accepts postage claims for delayed delivery. RockLove cannot refund shipping fees for slow or “late” transit times.

International Duty & VAT Fees
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to VAT, duty, or sales tax.
RockLove collects these fees at checkout via a third-party app when possible.
If you decline delivery, shipping costs will not be refunded.
To learn more about your country’s customs fees, contact your local customs agency.
RockLove is not responsible for additional import or customs charges and cannot reimburse customers for these fees.

Last Chance Items
“Last Chance” items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange.
These listings include the last remaining reserved units previously held to replace lost or damaged items; once they’re gone, they’re truly gone!
Backorder & Limited Release Items

Please note:

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee purchase. Inventory is verified during checkout.

You are charged immediately when completing a Backorder or Limited Release purchase.

Numbered and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled or returned.

Eligible backorder items can be returned for store credit unless otherwise noted.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking email once your item is in transit.

The product page is updated regularly with pre-order and estimated delivery information.
Partial Shipments
Domestic Orders: If your order contains both backorder and available items, they will ship together at the backorder date.
International Orders: Orders will ship once all items are ready, in a single shipment.
