Backorder & Limited Release Items

General Information

  • Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee purchase.

  • Inventory is verified at each stage of checkout.

  • If an item sells out before your order is complete, your cart will automatically update and the sold-out item will be removed.

Purchasing a Backorder or Limited Release Item

  • You will be charged immediately at checkout.

  • This reserves your item and for limited edition numbered pieces, it secures the next lowest number in the sequence.

Discounts & Promotions

  • Backorder items are not eligible for discounts or site-wide sales unless specifically stated otherwise.

Cancellations & Returns

  • Backorder and Limited Release items can be cancelled, except for numbered or made-to-order pieces.

  • These items may be returned for store credit, minus a $10 restocking fee (excluding numbered or made-to-order items).

Shipping & Notifications

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

  • Each product listing page is updated regularly with pre-order details, estimated delivery dates, and shipping updates.

Multiple Shipping Waves

  • For items shipping in multiple waves, please review updates carefully.

  • Orders placed after posted deadlines will ship in the next batch.

Orders Containing Backorders and In-Stock Items

  • For Domestic & International orders that include both backorder and available inventory: The entire shipment will be held until all items are ready and the items can be shipped in full. On occasion, the available items may ship early before the backorder is fulfilled.
