How to find your size

Measure a ring
(diameter)

Measure a finger
(circumference)

Step 1: Find a ring that already fits you well. It’s better to use one with a band that isn’t too thick.

Step 2: Measure the internal diameter (mm) of your ring by measuring the distance between the inside of the upper edge to the inside of the lower edge.

Step 3: Using your measurement, find your size using the conversion chart at the top of this screen. (E.g. 17.3 mm = Size 7 US)

Ring on Ruller

Step 1: Cut a piece of string, roughly 4 inches. Wrap the string around your finger. The string should sit comfortable, and not be too tight.

Step 2: Mark the overlapping parts with a pen.

Step 3: Measure the circumference by laying the string flat, and measure the 2 points in mm using a ruler or tape measure.

Step 4: Find the size in the conversion chart above. (E.g. 54.4 mm = Size 7 US)

Ring sizing tips

Measure the finger you’ll wear the ring on. Your left and right ring fingers may be different sizes.
Measure a few times. Your hands will shrink when they’re cold and swell when they’re warm.
Measure in the evening. Your hands actually change size throughout the day.
Measure your knuckle if it’s bigger than the base of your finger so that your ring slides on easily.
Women tend to be a size 6–7 and men are usually a size 9–10.
If you’re between sizes, go with the closer size. If you’re perfectly between sizes, buy a size down and take your ring to a jeweler to be resized.
