Kimoyo Beads are pieces of advanced communication technology adapted by the Wakandans from vibranium. The Prime Bead provides a lifetime worth of medical knowledge and is given to the individual at birth. Additional beads are added, serving various digital purposes. "Kimoyo" is Bantu for "of the Spirit."

Luxurious and statement, the Kimoyo Bead Bracelet is cast in hefty solid metal and plated with lustrous gunmetal rhodium in a soft satin finish. Strung on a thick and durable elastic cord, each bead features a pattern of screen-accurate etched sigils, hand painted with silver enamel. The Black Panther Legacy prime bead features a reflective blue cats-eye glass core encircled by Wakandan glyphs declaring: WAKANDA FOREVER.

Refresh differences: the 2018 version featured a resin glow-in-the-dark prime bead; the 2022 version includes improved elastic cord, improved internal elastic knot and a Legacy edition prime bead with glass core and WAKANDA FOREVER engraved glyphs.

The Marvel | RockLove jewelry collection arrives in a special purple ombré Marvel | RockLove Black Panther Legacy Collector’s Box, accentuated by gold metallic silkscreened claws that encircle the sides of the flip lid exterior. Each box comes with embossed exterior and metallic silkscreened branding including the Black Panther emblem on the inner lid. Fitted foam insert protects your RockLove jewelry.

Launched in February 2018, independent jeweler Allison Cimino was invited to collaborate with Marvel Studios to create designs inspired by the Black Panther suit and Wakandan technology. Allison worked with props and concept art to create the collection, including the original Kimoyo Bead bracelet gifted by Marvel Studios to actors, crew, and other influential voices during the launch of the film. Now in 2022 (and no longer a one-woman-show) RockLove is honored to re-release and expand Allison’s original Marvel | RockLove Black Panther Collection to celebrate the Black Panther Legacy.
