Does Not Spin, Customer Service Poor
I received the ring shortly after launch and the ring does not spin. You have to apply a lot of pressure with two fingers to get the ring to spin. When I contacted customer service, they were very slow to respond and only suggested using mineral oil to get the ring to spin. Still waiting to see if they will even let me exchange the ring since the return window is so small, 15 days!
