Packaging and Authenticity
How will my product arrive? And how do I know it's authentic?
Each piece arrives in a signature RockLove box, pouch, or tin to ensure safe travel, storage, and awesome gift packaging! As RockLove grows and expands with new licenses, we've noticed more third parties selling our product on eBay and a slew of illegal imitations from overseas (especially the official video game merchandise). Genuine RockLove product will ALWAYS come with a branded authenticity card packed within; ask the seller for a photo of that card! RockLove does NOT work in zinc alloy, pewter, or other white base metals... if a seller claims it as authentic product but it's not sterling, brass, or bronze... it's a knockoff!
Do you ship Internationally?
We happily ship internationally!
RockLove has orders daily from exotic destinations, and we are confident that your package will arrive safely no matter where in the world you live. Please be aware that only Express International includes tracking to your doorstep. We can also "Register" your package, which allows complete tracking - contact us for this option, avg $14 depending on destination. Customs is your responsibility - any additional fees or pickup required is up to you (once a package leaves the States, we no longer have access). Every international order does include a custom's number so if it's taking more than a few weeks for your package to arrive, chances are it requires your attention, contact us and we'll help you retrieve it. Happens infrequently, it depends on your country's policies, we apologize for the inconvenience.
International Shipping Options
International Services: Express (3-5 days), Priority (6-10 days), First Class (varies, avg 1-2 business weeks). Most RockLove customers choose First Class International for packages under $100, but for more expensive orders, we do recommend Express or Registration for the tracking capabilities.
Domestic Shipping Options
Domestic Services: Our website is synced with the United States Postal Service's website (USPS.com) - it will accurately calculate your shipping from your zip code. Express (1-2 days), Priority (2-3 days), and First Class (2-5 days).
When will I get my order?
RockLove is an independent business with a very small team - we work hard to make and ship as fast as possible! Orders will be processed on average 1-3 business days after payment, Monday through Friday. Please assume three business days when counting out an estimated delivery time; if you are on a tight deadline, we recommend you upgrade to a quicker shipping speed and put a note in the comments section of checkout to let us know your time frame. We will not process or ship any orders on national holidays; however, if you need an item within a certain window of time (rush delivery in time for a birthday), please contact us first and we will work with you to make your deadline.
Every one of our items is carefully made by hand and some of these items are made as you order. During the holiday season or a sale event, shipping may be delayed as we catch up on the influx of orders. RockLove reserves the right to put your order on brief back order; we will let you know immediately if we are out of stock, informing you of when we expect to ship your finished items, and if you prefer, we will grant you a full refund.

How do I pay for my product?
All prices are in USD (United States Dollars) and can be conveniently converted using the Currency Conversion tool at the top right of the website. Payment can be made either with your PayPal account or with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). PayPal is a safe and secure way of processing transactions online and free for customers.
Caring for your products
How do I care for my products?
All RockLove jewelry is handcast from the finest nickel-free sterling silver (925). It will not give you a base-metal allergic reaction and will not rub off on your skin, never turning it green. Be reminded that the pieces are purposely antiqued in various gradients for stylistic affect. We recommend that you do not wear these pieces in the shower or a chlorinated pool since it can alter the oxidization levels. We also recommend that you do not sleep in these pieces since any loose jewelry can become entangled, snagged, and possibly broken; plus it is a precaution for your own safety.
RockLove also works in artisan brass and bronze - oxidation depends greatly on the wearer's skin acidity. Black or green tarnish typically occurs when the metal is exposed frequently to sweat, showers, and swimming pools, however this oxide washes off the skin with soap and water, and it wipes off the piece with a bit of toothpaste (minty fresh, not heavy whitening) or a standard jewelry polishing cloth.
Do not use electrosonic or chemical cleaners on your RockLove jewelry (sterling or brass!) - it will remove the blackened details and antiqued patina of your piece. Instead, use a jewelry polishing cloth, preferably with tripoli cleaning compound infused in the inner fabric, and then an outer sheet to polish. We recommend something LIKE THIS.

Can I get my product personalized?
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
Can I return my product?
Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your item, you must contact RockLove to discuss the issue. Gifts may be exchange for store credit and we do not accept back orders after 30 days. Please contact us first at email@example.com for return authorization before shipping back your jewelry.
